Working Principle:

This screen takes vertical vibration motor as vibration source. Eccentric weights are installed on the top and bottom of the motor to generate three-dimensional compound vibration in horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. After materials flow onto the screen surface, 3D vibration spreads materials outward. Liquid and fine particles pass through mesh for discharge, while solid impurities stay on the screen and flow out from residue outlet. High-frequency vibration avoids mesh blockage. Operators can adjust amplitude and frequency to match different material properties.
