High-Precision Anti-Clogging Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen for

The ultrasonic vibrating screen converts 220V /50Hz or 110V /60Hz mains power into 38kHz high-frequency electrical energy, which is fed to an ultrasonic trasonic transducer and transformed into 38kHz mechanical vibration to achieve high-efficiency sieving and mesh deblinding. Built on conventional vibrating screen technology, this system adds a low-amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic mechanical wave to the screen surface. Ultra-fine suspened on the screen deck, which prevents clogging caused by adhesion, friction, particle setting and wedging. It effectively resolves long-standing sieving challenges for highly adsorptive, esaily agglomerated, high-static, ultra-fine, high-density and low-specific-gravity materials, and is particularly suitable for users processing high-quality fine powders.

Working Principle

The ultrasonic vibration wave applied to the screen mesh imparts significant ultrasonic accelration to ultra-fine powder particles. This suppresses mesh clogging factors including particle adhesion, friction, flttening and wedging, and improves both sieving throughput and mesh cleaning efficiency.

The ultrasonic vibrating screen converts 220V/50Hz or 110V /60Hz electrical power into 18kHz high-frequency energy, which is transmitted to the ultrasonic transducer and converted into 18kHz mechanical vibration for efficient sieving and mesh cleaning. Based on traditional vibrating screen design, the system introduces a low-amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic mechanical wave to the screen surface to improve sieving performace for ultra-fine particles, making it ideal for users processing high-value fine powders.

As a derivative of the rotary vibrating screen, this model integrates an ultrasonic controller with the screen body. Developed on years og rotary screen manufacturing ecperience, it superimposes a high-frequency, low-amplitude ultrasonic vibration onto the mesh. The strong ultrasonic acceleration keeps ultra-fine powder particles suspended on the screen deck, preventing clogging from adhesion, friction, particle settling and wedging. It addresses sieving difficulties with highly adsorptive, agglomeration-prone, high-static, ultra-fine, high-density and low-density materials, and is perfectly suited for high-quality fine powder production.

Ultrasonic power Supply Unit

Ultrasonic Transducer

Powdered by the shared ultrasonic power supply, the mesh-cleaning transducer removes clogged particles from screen apertures through contact and relative movement vetween its radiating surface and the blocked mesh. It features fast, highly efficient cleaning performance, improved deblinding quality, no alteration to aperture dimensions and no damage to the screen wire surface.
