High-Efficiency Linear Vibrating Screen: Operation & Mai

The linear vibrating screen uses vibration motors as its excitation power source to lift materials on the screen deck and drive them forward in a steady linear trajectory. Materials are fed uniformly into the screen inlet through a feeder, and separated into multiple grades of oversize and undersize fractions via multi-layer meshes, with each fraction discharged through its dedicated outlet. The unit stands out for low energy consumption, high output, simple structure and easy maintenance. Its fully enclosed body eliminates dust spillage, and the automatic discharge design makes it highly compatible with continuous assembly line operations.

Working Principle:

The linear vibrating screen adopts a dual-vibrator drive system. When the two cibrators rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by their ecceentric weights cancel each other out in the firection parallel to the motor axis, and combine into a resultant force perpendicular to the motor axis, giving the screen body a pure linear motion trajectory. The two motor shafts are installed at an inclined angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of excitation force and material gravity, materials are lifted and move forward in a jumping linear motion on the screen deck to achieve screening and size classification. Suitable for automated incline production, the unit boasts low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure and easy maintenance, with fully enclosed structure that prevents dust escape. It can reach a maximum sieving fineness of 400 mesh and separste materials into multiple particle size fractions.

Application Scope:

The linear vibrating screen performs screening and classification for powdery and granular materials, and is widely applied in industries including materials, grain procesing, carbon products and ferilizers.

Daily Maintenance:

1. Before startup

1) Inspect the coarse and fine screen meshes for any damage or others.

2) Confirm that all transportation support brackets have been removed.

2. During startup

1) Listen for any abnormal operating noise.

2) Verify that the operating current remains stable.

3) Check for any irregular vibration of the unit.

3. After operation

Clean the entire machine thoroughly after each use.

Periodic Maintenance"

Carry out regular inspections to check for fatigue or damage to the coarse mesh, dine mesh and vibration springs, and examine all structural components for vibration springs, and examine all structural components for vibration-induced wear or damage. All designated lubrication points must be properly lubricated to ensure smooth operation.

Motion Adjustment Mechanism:

The core principle relies on unbalanced eccentric weights installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft. These weights convert the motor's rotational motion into three-dimensional movement--horizontal, vertical and inclined--which is transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower weights changes the travel direction of materials across the screen deck.

Vibration Motor Operating Specifications:

The vibration motor can continuously output rated excitation force under the following conditions:

1. Vibration acceleration: maximum 7g (g = gravitational acceleration)

2. Ambient tenperature: Maximum 40°C

3. Altitude: maximum 1000m above sea level

4. Power supply frequency: 50Hz

5. Altitude: maximum 1000m above sea sea level

6. Temperature rise: less than 80K  (measured by resistance method)
