High-efficiency Fully Enclosed Linear Vibrating Screen

The linear vibrating screen draws its excitation force from dedicated vibration motors, which lift material particles on the screen deck and drive them forward in a steady linear path. Materials are fed uniformly into the machine inlet through a feeding device, and are separated into multiple grades of oversize and undersize fractions via multi-layer screen decks, with each grade discharhed through its dedicated outlet. The unit stands out for low energy consumption, high throughput, simple structure and easy maintenance. Its fully enclosed body eliminates dust spillage, and the automatic discharge design makes it perfectly suited for continuous inline production operations.

Working Principle:

The linear vibrating screen is powered by a dual-vibrator drive system. When the two vibrator rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by their eccentric weights cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and merge into a combined resultant force perpendicular to the axis, giving the screen body a pure linear motion trajectory. The two motor shafts are installed at an inclined angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of excitation force and material gravity, materials are lifted and move forward in a jumping linear motion on the screen deck to achieve screening and size classification. Suitable for automated inline production, the unit boasts low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure and easy maintenance, with a fully enclosed structure that prevents dust escape. It can reach a maximum sieving fineness of 400 mesh and separate materials into up to 7 different partivle size fractions.

Application Scope:
