Also known as direct-discharge vibrating screen, the unit is a high-efficiency sieving machine driven by one or two horizontal vibration motors as the excitation source, delivering rapid material classification through mechanical vibration. Its core design adopts a direct-discharge structure, where oversize and undersize materials discharge separately through dedicated outlets to prevent clogging and significantly boost processing efficiency. Working Principle:

The direct-discharge linear vibrating screen operates on excitation force generated by vibration motors. Once materials enter the screen box, the periodic centrifugal force from the motors drives the screen body in linear reciprocating motion, with the vibration direction set at an angle of typically 45° to 60° relative to the screen surface. Driven by the exciation force, materials are lifted and move forward in a jumping trajectory while being strtified: particles smaller than mesh apertures pass through the screen as undersize products, while the remaining oversize materials travel along the screen surface and discharge through the oversize outlet. This process not only enables fast sieving, but also helps loosen, disperse and reorganize material particles to ensure consistent sieving accuracy and efficiency. With a dual-motor configuration, excitation forces supermpose in thevertical direction to further optimize the material movement traiectory.
