Working Principle:
The TD type bucket elevator achieves vertical material conveying through a closed-loop traction system. Its core structure consists of traction components (belt or chain), evenly spaced buckets, drive unit, and feed and discharge ports. During operation, the motor drives the traction component to circulate via a speed reducer. Buckets at the bottom scoop up materials from the feed inlet and rise vertically with the traction member.
When buckets reach the head pulley at the top, discharge is completed by centrifugal force or gravity. Belt-driven models throw materials into the discharge port by centrifugal force, while chain-driven models realize gravity discharge through bucket tilting. Empty buckets return to the bottom alongh the return strand for reloading, forming a continuous conveying cycle. The whole process runs inside an enclosed casing to control dust spillage, suitable for vertical transportation of powdery, granular and small lump materials such as cement and grains.

The TD type bucket elevator adopts centrifugal or combined discharge with scoop loading. It is suitable for low-abrasion powdery, granular and small lump materials with a bulk density of no more than 1.5/m³, and the material temperature shall not exceed 60°C.
Four bucket types are available: Q type (shallow bucket), H type (arc-bottom bucket), ZH type (medium-deep bucket) and SH type (deep bucket) for different materials. Users can select the appropriate buvket type according to material properties.
