The TH type round link chain bucket elevator is a vertical conveying equipment that uses endless round link chains as traction components, realizing continuous lifting of powdery, granular and small lump materials through the circulating movement of buckets. Its core design combines high-strength round link chains with gravity or combined discharge modes, applicable to industrial scenarios with medium-to-high density, low-abrasion materials, and features high load capacity, long service life and stable operation.

Working Principle:

1. Material loading and traction

Materials enter the elevator through the bottom inlet and are scooped up by closely arranged buckets. As the core traction component, the round link chain forged from low-alloy steel drives buckets to rise at a constant speed along the preset track, with high strength and wear resistance to ensure stable operation.

2. Material lifting and discharge

Buckets lift materials vertically or along an inclined path to the target height, with a maximum lifting height of 50 meters.

Two dicharge modes are available:

• Gravity discharge: Materials fall naturally by gravity, suitable for loose, free-flowing granular materials such as bentonite and grains.

• Combined discharge: It integrates gravity and centrifugal force. The elevator head adopts a special structure to assist material throwing via centrifugal effect during chain steering, suitable for powdery or small lump materials such as cement and crushed ore.

Key Features:

1. Large conveying capacity. Compared with HL type elevators of the same bucket width, the TH type delivers nearly double throughput.

2. Assenbled sprocket structure. The sprocket consists of a hub and rim connected by high-strength bolys. When worn, only the rim needs replacement, which simplifies maintenance and reduces repair costs.

3. Dead-weight lever take-up device at the lower section realixes automatic tensioning. No repeated adjustment is needed after installation, and it maintains constant chain tension ti ensure normal operation and avoid slippage or chain dissengagement.

4. The traction part is low-alloy high-strength round link chain. After proper heat treatment, it has excellent tensile strength and wear resistance with a long service life.

5. Adopting scoop loading with gravity or combined discharge, it handles powdery, granular.

6. small lump low-abrasion materials with a bulk density of no more than 1t/m³, and the material temperature shall not exceed 250°C.

7. Two bucket types are available:

• ZH type (medium-deep bucket): For damp, caking and hard-to-throw materials such as wet sand, molding sand, fertilizers and soda ash.

• SH type (deep bucket): For dry, loose and free-flowing materials such as cement, crushed stone and coal lumps.

Two drive configurations are available, fitted with ZJ shaft-mounted reducer or ZQ gear  reducer respectively. The ZJ reducer mounts directly on the main shaft head, eliminating drive platforms and couplings for a compact, lightweight structure.It is equipped with a special roller backstop for reliable reverse locking, runs with low noise noise and smooth performance, and floats with the main shaft to eliminate installation stress. The elevator reaches a maximum throughput of 365m³/h and a maximum lifting height of 50m.
