Also known as rotary vibrating screen, it uses a vertical motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at both upper and lower ends of the motor, converting the motor's rotaional motion into horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion, which is then transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower weights can change the material movement trajectoty on the screen.
The machine consists of a motor, vibrator isolation device (a set of support springs) and a base. The screen cover and screen frame are the vibrating parts, while other parts are non-vibrating. The base also serves as a support structure. The screen frame is the main vibrating conponent, usually made of rolled and welded steel plates. It has connecting rings at both upper and lower ends, and a flange ring inside the lower end for fixing the screen assembly.
Working Principle:
The stainless syeel vibrating screen uses a vertical motor as the excitation source with eccetric weights at both ends. This converts rotational motion into three-dimensional motion, which is transimitted to the screen surface, xausing materials to move in an outward expanding involute trajectory. This is why the series is also called rotary vibrating screen. It features long material movement paths and high screen surface utilization. Adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower weights changes the material trajectory, enabling precision sifting and probability sifting.
When the three-dimensional vibrating screen starts, the eccentric blocks with different phases at both ends of the vibration motor generate a composite inertial force due to high-speed rotation. This forve xauses the screen body to perform complex rotary motion. The screen frame continuously reciprocates under the vibration force, driving the screen surface to vibrate periodically. Materials on the screen move in a directional jumping motion together with the screen box. Materials smaller than the screen mesh holes pass through to the lower layer as unddersize products, while larger materials are discharged from the outlet after continuous jumping motion, completing the sifting process. In practical applications, adjusting the relative phase of the eccentric blocks changes the material movement trajectory to achieve different sifting purposes.
