The SZD dewatering screen is a specialized vibrating classification equipment developed by our company for desliming, demagnetizing and dewatering in coal washing plants. This series adopts flange-type vibratiors driven by two external motors performing counter-rotating self-synchronous motion, making the screen body perform periodic linear reciprocating motion to achieve classification and dewatering purposes.

二、Main Applications

SZD series dewatering screens are used for dewatering and demagnetizing of medium and fine coal, as well as dry and wet classification and desliming of the same. They can also be used for desliming, dewatering and classification of other materials with bulk density ＜1.3.

三、Working Priciple

SZD dewatering screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronous technology, universal blocks eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator. Two independent vibrators are driven by belt couplings to perform synchronous counter-rotating motion. The centrifugal forces generated by the two sets of eccentric masses are superimposed along the vibration direction and canceled in the opposite direction, thus forming a single excitation force along the vibration direction, making the screen box perform reciprocating linear motion.

四、Installation and Commissioning

Before installation, check the site foundation against the screen installation drawing. The flatness error of the embedded steel plate shall not exceed 3mm. After installation, adjust the relative positions to ensure both primary and secondary damping springs are vertical, and the motor axis is 3-5mm lower than the vibrator axis. Then spot-weld the motor bracket and spring base to the embedded steel plate. The two motors must rotate in opposite directions. Run the screen empty for 4-6 hours. Ensure the screen body runs smoothly without lateral swing or abnormal noise. Check the fastening of screen plates and vibrators. The operating temperature of vibrator bearings dhall not exceed 75°C。

五、Ordering Instructions

1. When selecting and ordering, specify the screen layout and screen slot size. If not specified, we will supply with right-hand layout and 0.5mm screen slot (motor located on the left or right side of the material flow direction).

2. The screen surface inclination can be adjusted within -2° to 10°. Users can adjust it themselves for other angles.

3. When forced synchronization is adopted, specify left or right motor installation when ordering.
