一、Working Principle

1. Power Drive: The electric motor drives the main shaft to rotate through a V-belt. causing the hammers mounted in the rotor to move at high speed (the hammers extend under centrifugal force).

2. Impact Crushing: After entering the crushing chamber, materials are shattered by the high-speed impact of the hammers. Some materials rush toward the impact plates or svreen plates on the inner wall of the casing due to kinetic energy, undergoing secondary collision crushing.

3. Screening and Discharge: Crushed materials are discharged through the gaps of the bottom screen plate (or grate bars). Materials that do not meet the particle size requirements continue to be repeatedly impacted and ground by the hammers in the chamber until they are qualified.

4. Moisture Limit: To avoid clogging, the moisture content of materials should generally be ≤8-10%. Some models support both dry and wet crushing modes.
