Commonly known as "jaw breaker" or " tiger mouth", the jaw crusher consists of a crushing chamber formed by two jaw plates: a moving jaw and a fixed jaw. It simulates the biting motion of animal jaws to achieve material crushing.

Working Principle

Power Drive: The enectric motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the pulley, which drives the moving jaw to perform periodic reciprocating motion.

Compression Crushing: The moving jaw and fixed jaw form a crushing chamber that is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. After entering the chamber, materials are crushed by the extrusion and grinding action of the moving jaw. Crushed materials are discharged from the discharge opening when the moving jaw retreats.

Continuous Operation: The continous rotation of the eccentric shaft causes the moving jaw to move cyclically, enabling mass production.
