The K-Type reciprocating feeder is one of the primary equipment in coal production sysytems. Its main function is to uniformity load materials from coal bunkers or unloading pits onto conveyors or other screening and dtorage devices.
This feeder utilizes a crank-linkage mechanism to drive a 5° downward-inclined base plate to platform linear reciprocating motion on rollers. When the motor starts, it drives the inclined base plate through an elastic couping, reducer and crank-linkage mechanism, uniformly dischargeing coal onto transportation machinery or other screening equipment. It is duitable for transferring low-abrasive, low-sticky loose granular and powdery materials from feeding equipment to receiving devices.
The K-Type reciprocating feeder is specifically designed for feeding coal and other low-abrasive, low-sticky loose granular materials, continuously and uniformly discharging materials from storage bins or pits onto transportation equipment or other screening devices.
Working Principle:
The K-Type feeder consists of a frame, base plate (feeding trough), transimission platform, hopper, gate and idler roller. When the motor starts, it drives the 5° inclined base plate to perform linear reciprocating motion on the rollers through the elastic coupling, reducer and crank-linkage mechanism, uniformly discharging materials onto other equipment. This machine is available in two configurations: with hopper and without hopper.
The coal feeder comes in two structural forms: 1. With regulating gate 2. Without regulating gate. The feeding capacity is controlled by adjusting the regulating gate.
