Working Principle
The GZ electromagnetic feeder uses a silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) half-wave rectification circuit to control the current in the electromagnetic coil, generating periodic electromagnetic force to drive the trough vibration. During the positive half-cycle, the electromagnetic force pushes the trough backward, storing energy in the main spring; during the negative half-cycle, the spring releases energy, driving the trough forward to form a continuous vibration cycle. Materials are thrown up and move forward in a parabolic trajectory under vibration, reducing direct friction with the trough and minimizing wear. The feeding speed and flow rate can be precisely controlled by adjusting the excitation force or frequency.
