Structure and Composition

Vibrating tables consist of four main components:a heavy-duty frame, table top, vibration mechanism and damping mechanism. Driven by the vibration mechanism, they produce horizontal, longitudinal and vertical three-dimensional vibrations, hence the name 3D vibrating tables.

The vibration mechanism is mainly composed of multiple vibration motors and transmission plates. The number of vibration motors is always even, such as 4, 6, 8, or 10. The model of the vibration motors detemines the main technical parameters of the 3D vibrating table.

The damping mechanism consists of damping springs, which are available in three types: rubber springs, composite springs and air springs.
