Powered by high-efficiency vibration motors, linear vibrating screens propel materials upward in a controlled jumped motion while advancing them forward in a straight line. Materials are fed uniformly from the feeder into the screen grades of oversize and undersize products, each discharged through delicated outlets.

Working Principle:

Linear vibrating screens are driven by dual vibrators. When the two vibrators rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axes and combine into a resultant force perpendicular to the motor axes, creating a linear motion trajectory for the screen.

The two motor shafts are inclined at an angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of excitation force and material gravity, materials are thrown upward and move forward in a jumping linear motion, achieving screening and classifiction. These screens can handle up to 400 mesh materials and separate up to 7 different partcile sizes simultaneously.
