Ⅰ. Working Principle
The screen is driven by the centrifugal force generated by vibration motors. It moves in a straight reciprocating motion, with a vibration angle of 45° to 60° relative to the screen surface. Materials are thrown forward and separated automatically: fine particles pass through the screen mesh, while larger materials move toward the oversize discharge port. In dual-motor models, vertical excitation forces combine to create a more stable screening path.
