Rotary Gyratory Sifter, also known as Circular Swing Sieve, is a low-frequency rotary vibrating screen engineered to simulate manual screening operations. Its core operating principle is that the instantaneous motion forms a spiral movement—a combination of radial displacement and circular motion centered on this displacement. The vibration exciter with adjustable eccentricity produces non-linear three-dimensional motion, which drives materials to follow a manual-like screening path, thereby achieving efficient separation. When fitted with dedicated screening accessories, the unit delivers further optimized performance. It is especially suitable for precision screening of spherical, cylindrical, flaky and irregularly shaped materials that tend to clog screens.
