The Square Gyratory Sifter Series is a high-efficiency screening machine specially developed and designed for users with large-output and high-precision screening requirements. Under normal operating conditions, the service life of the square gyratory sifter can reach more than 20 years. From the motion trajectory of the screen box, the square gyratory sifter is also known as a reciprocating sifter. The vibration force generated by its driving device is an inertial force that revolves around a fixed axis with a regularly changing direction, which is essentially a reciprocating inertial force formed by the rotation of an eccentric wheel around a fixed axis. Driven by this inertial force, materials move regularly, thus achieving the ideal screening effect of the square gyratory sifter.
I. Working Principle of the Square Gyratory Sifter
1. The square gyratory sifter adopts imported high-quality standard motors as the transmission power source, introduces advanced German sophisticated technology, and adopts a manual-imitation transmission mode.
2. The machine runs with an elliptical motion trajectory moving forward and side to side, which keeps materials closely attached to the screen surface. Materials also move along an elliptical curve on the screen mesh, extending the retention time on the screen surface to achieve efficient and sufficient screening.

1. Fully enclosed structure effectively prevents dust emission, and the offset balance design reduces the vibration and noise of the screening machine, fully complying with environmental protection requirements.
2. Integrates three motion modes of circular, elliptical and linear movements, featuring outstanding screening effects and being suitable for the screening of various types of materials.
3. Equipped with a screen installation system with automatic tensioning and automatic cleaning functions, which improves the utilization rate and service life of the screen mesh, and realizes simple and quick screen replacement.

5. Optimized steel wire rope hanging structure effectively avoids abrasion of steel wires.
6. The conventional model adopts a two-layer screen frame design, and three-layer screen frame models are also available for customers to choose from.
7. It can be used for screening and classifying powdered or granular feed, preliminary cleaning of raw materials in feed mills, and classification of intermediate products after secondary crushing in large and medium-sized feed mills.
